Shiny top
Love this top coat. Not only does it dry quickly, it has a nice shine finish. I like to go over my nails at least twice to lock in the color and the dip powder. The only thing I don't like is you have to be careful closing the top, I've had it get stuck before but I just run it through hot water, and wa-la it opens!
