Does it Work

My body likes it and asks for it but I don't think any cartiledge has regrown in my osteoarthritic bone on bone knee and hip joints. I hae taken it for a month but there were 5 consecutive days during 5 weeks in wwhich i couldn't take it. I hae no idea when I should expect joint improvement
