Bra quality fine - not refunding when exchange wasn't available isn't

Unfortunately my daughter with sensory challenges couldn't wear the bras because the bands are just too tight even though the top portion fit fine. I tried to exchange one for a larger size and got a refund for the other.. But when the exchange size wasn't available I got a store credit instead of a refund. Now what am I supposed to do. Buy a product just because?? This is not good customer service.

Comfort is key

My sporty 11-year-old, who hasn’t really started developing yet but has friends who have, decided to give your bras a try. She says they’re incredibly comfortable, which is saying a lot, because “comfortable” is not a word she uses often when it comes to clothes. She even wore the Aster Tank on its own to the pickleball court, which was a huge deal and such a confidence boost for her. Thank you for making something I thought might involve a lot of back-and-forth and tears turn into an easy win. Truly game-changing!
