The celery flakes were fresh. Great value for the money. Delivery was prompt. I use it in place of fresh celery, in quite a few things that I make. I will not hesitate to buy again.

Looks great. Haven't used any yet, but not worried about the quality. Tasted a couple bits while jarring it up for pantry storage and it tastes like celery. Will definitely work for making soups because buying a package of fresh celery for 2 or 3 stalks is so wasteful. The rest always rots in the fridge.
