I wanted it engraved with the name she calls me by which is “Daddio”.
I actually had talked to customer service. They informed store team I was coming and they knew right away what I wanted to do.
They showed me the charm and then we decided on where to engrave etc. They were lovely - no rush. And, then they took it to the back and engraved in 5 minutes. Showed me than into beautiful gift box and bag,
