Poor Quality and Customer Service
I emailed about trying to do a return (of a very low quality “mystery” ring that I spent $17 but looks like it’s maybe worth $3. I’ve purchased from cape clasp before and was surprised that this was acceptable standard). I also wanted to exchange a ring I had purchased.
When I went to print the return slip it wouldn’t populate. When I emailed the company they stated my only other option was to mail it back… without any proof that I had received it. This does not seem like a great business practice. At this point I’m stuck with over $40 worth of items I either don’t want or can’t use because I’m not going to just blindly mail them somewhere.
