Terra Attachments

I didn't realize when I purchased the only option for a replacement after the clasp broke off that attaches to my camera (which was only saved due to the extra safety strap), that it didn't also include the safety strap that it had on the original. I also noticed that the clasp that closes around the hook isn't as long as the original, so it doesn't feel as sturdy and could easily be opened if it gets caught on something. Any suggestions? The whole harness looks so good, so I would hate to ruin the looks of it by adding some makeshift safety strap.

Great Item: Customer Service Leaves A Little Wanting

I love my new attachment, however I originally ordered the Brown bag as my harness is Brown. Since they are by the same company I was excited that they would be matching. When I placed my order there was no mention of the item being out of stock or out of stock soon. I only discovered that the brown bag was out of stock when my order was cancelled a few days later. I reached out asking why the order was cancelled, told it was out of stock, then when I asked a follow up of when the Brown would be back in stock, it took another day to find out it would be the end of May before they would be back. I wouldn't have minded waiting for the brown bag, but I went ahead and order the Black One as I did NEED an attachment for an additional lens for my wedding days. 5/5 bag, 2/5 for the responses, time it took for the responses, and lack of communication about the bag being out of stock.
