Premium Shaving Kit

Attempted to change subscription order from shaving to bread for my fiancé. Received noticed that it was cancelled but received the shaving. When recontacted via email they stated there’s a confirmation email I was supposed to respond to. I had assumed once I had the cancellation email that was it. Definitely disappointed in how this was handle with no option to exchange.

Bought this gift set for a gentleman who loves your products. He was so thrilled!
