Unique brass cherry leaf
Lovely unique birthday gift. Very good customer interaction - AUTHOR had four "brass cherry tree leaves" which they e mailed photos off so I could choose the one I wished to purchase. The gift wrapping - boxed with ribbon was well worth the additional cost. I requested that the item be sent via Royal Mail in order that I could have it redirected to the local post office. However this proved very problematic with Evri, Parcel2Go and the Royal Mail all involved !Although I requested on line for the parcel be redirected to the local post office Royal Mail attempted to deliver it at my home! I then had to have it redirected to the local post office. Fortunately I had ordered the gift well in advance of the birthday.

Beautiful gift wrapping
We gave a bronze pear sculpture to friends, and the box and presentation were really beautiful, especially accompanied by a story about the artist and the piece. It made it very special.

It would have been nice to be able to open the gift to see it before giving it, but I felt that if I pulled off the cellotape it would have ripped the tissue paper. Not a big deal though but that's why 4 rather than 5 stars.
