Calves are way too skinny :(

I'm so heartbroken because these are super super cute, and the shoe part itself fits fine, but I can't even get the zipper up halfway on my calves. I feel like I have normal sized calves so this was really surprising to me, and I can't even return them because they were on sale :( Please be aware that these might not fit unless you have really skinny legs.
