I have purchased 3 Hoselinks. This past winter on 2 of them I had a slight problem. 1 the sprayer had a leak, and the other one also had a leak in the handle. I called, and spoke with Libby, who was very courteous and friendly. She ordered the new parts, and they were delivered in a timely manner. Great company to do business with. No hassles, no questions, just fine results. Very happy.

Replacement sprayer

I had an issue with my hose link sprayer. I made a phone call to customer service. Spoke to a very pleasant customer service representative who took care of my issue very quickly. I’m super satisfied with the customer service at Hoselink.

Excellent Quality

Excellent sprayer with easy to use adjustable flow rate. However, if the main hose is left turned on, you will likely have to flip the attachment flow off as to avoid a leak between the quick connects from the hose and the sprayer when the sprayer is turned off.
