Great calligraphy practice pad (it even works great for letters)
This is a great book of Tomoe River paper. It is great to use for calligraphy practice. Practice sheets can be placed behind the paper to practice the letters and movements needed to perfect your calligraphy. The paper really shows the properties of the ink such as sheening and shading. It is a nice size to throw in a small bag with a couple of calligraphy pens to practice or do calligraphy anywhere. I even use it for letter writing. There is a little amount of ghosting with a fine nib or even a C-2 calligraphy nib. The bigger the nib however does introduce more ghosting, but there is not bleed through or feathering. Highly recommend to use for calligraphy work or even letter writing.
