QT "Clearly Hooked" Convertable Bra

We were very pleased with our purchase. It was a replacement item for a dance bra we’d purchased from another vendor a few years ago, but happened to find on the Dance Gear Etc website. There was an issue with the USPS shipping, but when I called Dance Gear Etc to find out what was going on, the employee named Caroline was very friendly and responsive. She got to the bottom of the issue quickly with good communication, though it was out of her hands at that point & it wasn’t her problem, she was very apologetic. The bra arrived just in time & is exactly what we needed. Thank you, Dance Gear Etc!
