Moisturizing with just a little bit
I wasn’t sure if such a small bottle would be worth the money to give great results. Yep, it does!. It’s everything I’m looking for in a toner. Enriching and moisturizing. Perfect to use with other Bluh products, which I have invested in. I have super dried sensitive aging skin and this makes a difference without overly greasy or irritating.
