The lenses are great and service was easy and very timely!

Poor experience. Glasses were returned with the new lenses in but all the grime and dirt between of old lenses and the frame was not wiped away or cleaned at all. Now this dirt and grime hangs out and is visible around the new lenses. I chose the highest service tier and they didnt even wipe the glasses down.
