Inconsistent
A long-time supporter, the sets I ordered were inconsistent. I could tell that some were fresh (newer ) and some were older (prepared, not simultaneously). The ones that I assumed were older were hard. This is not typical for this flavor of macaron. I ordered all the time and was disappointed at the inconsistency of macaroons. I followed the directions and it was a notable difference in two of my sets.
