Battery is great…Shipping and Policy deserves 0 stars!

Love the Battery. But you shipping policy not sending bikes and batteries to NY is a real disgrace. Plus the shipping charge to send the battery fed ex is a crime for $75. Other than that my old prior to 22 52v x class is awesome. Wish I could get a new bike. I should have got the extended seat for it when I ordered the battery. But I’m afraid see how crazy the shipping would be for that!

5000 mile on original battery.

At 50% off, whats not to like. My X class 52v has over 5500 miles at 3 years old and I noticed the original battery was’nt holding a charge as well as it used to. Your sale came at a good time. I take my Bichon Friese with me on my bike. He has a bike basket on the luggage rack which he sits in. We have a state park 1/4 mile away that has miles of paved bike and walking trails. I own 3 e-bikes that I have 10500 miles on. I rotate his bike basket on the 3 bikes so he can ride when I do. Back to the new battery. I hope to continue rolling up thousands more miles.
