Beef Brisket

Good Stuff!

I ordered a brisket and it arrived as described. I ordered 6 racks of baby backs and the come pre-skinned, which is awesome bc that skin never comes off the back like it does in the video. They also delivered a beautiful pork belly. But the key word is delivered - I was jammed up and the nicest guy came and dropped the box-o-meat with me. Great operation! (and it kills me to say that about SOX fans). This is exactly the kind of business you want in your community
