Lovely to scent and sip

This tea is both soothing and grounding with ingredients I normally reach for when needing calm and energetic protection (lavendar and passionflower). I wanted to see what they tasted like together with other theseo ther soothing allies. It’s lovely to both scent and sip. I deal with perimenopausal issues that affect digestion and dryness and, therefore, usually drink chamomile at night. I’ve wanted another option for outside those “dry times" for bedtime rituals I’m trying to create. I recommend this one, for sure.
