Shipped wrong item

I ordered the Ten Commandments mezuzah and they sent in one with roses. I ordered this for my daughters new home. I am disappointed that they are not sending to correct one until they receive the wrong one which I paid to send back and get reimbursed back once received.

It's beautiful

Originally I thought the scroll was not included but I found that there is a sticky thing on the back of the mezuzah which I thought helped to adhere it to the post but I tore that off and found the scroll beautifully written so the package is complete. Thank you
