Saalt Cup

There is a definite learning curve. The first time I was scared I wasn't going to be able to remove it, but after one cycle I was much more comfortable. I still used a pantyliner while learning but yes...I can actually trust it overnight, during a workout, and for 12 hours. I will never use another tampon again.

I used to be a Diva, but I like this one more! It’s more flexible while still being rigid enough to hold its shape and prevent leaks. Love the color too! It’s larger than my last one so it holds more before I spill over. I left the stem intact because it’s so thin and bendy that it’s not a bother.

This cup is great, I like it much better than previous menstrual cup brands I have tried due to size and shape, it is more comfortable and I find it easier to use! I still have trouble ensuring it's use when swimming or other activities where I fear it might leak but that may be lack of practice with it or a personal concern.
