Ok
I bought as a backup for my other cup (Cora) that I've been very happy with since switching to menstrual cups a year ago. Greatest decision ever, btw! The size and shape are very similar. The Saalt cup has a much prettier color/look! Unfortunately, the Saalt cup is quite a bit more rigid and I had difficulty getting it to pop open once inserted despite trying different folding methods. I love Saalt's other products so will continue to try this cup but I won't be using it regularly. I think if this was my first experience with a menstrual cup I might have stuck with tampons.

Almost perfect
So only cup postpartum that has worked. Tried disc types, but they were such an awful mess and really didn’t stay in place. I find this one really does. Only complaint would be that it’s so firm it may be contributing to the cramping a bit? Might be too soon to say. Easy to clean, doesn’t get smelly, relatively easy to insert.

Alright
I've used it several times now and it's very easy to insert but the longer I wear it the harder it is to get out. Overnight is almost impossible. I almost thought I wasn't gonna get it out at one point because it's very difficult to grip. The size regular says it is suited for a high cervix so I was hoping it wouldn't travel up so high. Otherwise it seems to be nice material and no staining so far.
