Slow ‘N Sear® Roasting Bundle

Very pleased! I don't think I should have waited. I cooked a brisket right out of the chute and the Slow n Sear kept the temp at 250 + or - 25 to 30 degrees for almost 7 hours. I'd buy again and highly recommend.

Excellent addition to my Weber!

The SNS has added a new level of functionality to my Weber 22. The porcelain drip pan keeps the vent area clean and the SNS itself keeps the coals in perfect position for easy direct and indirect cooking. My favorite feature is the ability to shake the SNS and dust of the used charcoal for the next cook.

Terrible customer service

Product is way overpriced, but it’s a solid product. I can’t get behind the terrible customer service of this company. I ordered the wrong bundle and paid my own money ($26) to ship it back (they did not offer a return label) and reordered the correct bundle. SNS refused to reimburse the shipping costs. It’s not about the money, but the principle of it all. I would love to own the spinning grate, but I’m turned off by the SNS brand and can’t support a company with such terrible customer service.
