The skates came used, wish I could get a refund

The wheel's logo had peeled/ chipped off. one of the bootstraps (loop on rear of boot) was very dirty. My included skate tool was broken. It looks like someone put on the wheel brake on the left skate because where the brake is supposed to "latch" on the inside it is cracked and dirty. I saved up for this and am disappointed that you sent me used skates. I am not one to cause a big fuss but I would really appreciate a refund. Or a partial refund if possible. Thank you.
