My only complaint is the packaging
The tin is fine if you have a small warmer but I have a large sugar pot that doesn’t accommodate tins
So I had to melt the sugar in a double boiler transfer to a plastic tub then reheat to pour into my pot
Total hassle
I haven’t used the sugar yet so I can’t comment on performance but it should be offered in a plastic container as an option
