Just received the vibrating peanut massage ball - it has good instructions for using on various parts of the body. I used it for lower back soreness and it seems to have helped so far.

Unbelievably awesome for lessening the pain I have every night in my shins, feet and quads due to peripheral neuropathy. I have four rollers because it takes awhile to erase the discomfort so I change off when they need a rest. Couldn’t due without these magic messages. Love the different speeds.
