Go-to hop
I've tried a bunch of hops from BeerCo, but this has to be my favourite. The fruitiness lends itself well to almost any beer: a pils; an IPA; even a hybrid lager from a combination of different grains. Combined with an aroma hop like Olicana or Pearle, would be amongst my best beers.

Hop products Australia Winner.
I have only used this hop once. The reason for my choice was to substitute it for Galaxy. Galaxy is so widely used that I feel all bigger craft beers use it and I am not into making a beer that is same, same but different. I used it in a NAIPA with excellent results. It is less bold than Galaxy, more fruit driven. It gives my NIEPA a point of difference. Next time I will pair it with Huen Mellon and Manderina Baveria hops and ferment it with Lallamand Verdant yeast (apricot flavor). I am hoping for a very OTT fruit driven Hazy.
