Failure to receive
We never got the hook as you used USPS and since we don’t have a mailbox (summer home) we don’t get deliver. You waited until it was returned then supposedly credited our account. Haven’t seen the credit on our account yet. Won’t order anything from you again.

Grappling hook
I just received my hook and took it out of the box. I have yet to use it but I will say this thing is built like a beef! I can just tell it’s going to be good. Feels very well built and out of good material. I can’t wait to throw it in the water. I wear a size 10 shoe and I will add a pic below of it compared to my shoe. It feels like a very well built product and the teeth on the hook feel like they won’t get worn down easy after time of hooking to things. Can’t wait to use it!
