Suji Knife

I used this bad boy to chop clean through a brick of frozen julienned vegetables. It also sliced right through the NY Strip I had with the aforementioned veggies. I don’t NEED to use this knife. I WANT to. It’s beautifully crafted and feels great in your hand. Have fun!
