Priority Order Processing

One of the best things about Shady Rays is how quick and easy the reordering is handled. We had to order a replacement pair of sunglasses that broke recently. The performance and the easiness is the difference maker on why we have purchased multiple sunglasses from Shady Rays.

I put in for a request for replacement glasses through the web page, answered all the questions and submitted a photo. Email came quickly that my submission was accepted and very quickly i received shipping information. This all went extremely well and I got my replacements delivered to my house very quickly. This was a great showing of customer service.

I'm a ShadyRays Fan. Bigtime! I have 3 pair, 2 new pair and 1 replacement for a scratched lens. The best things about ShadyRays for me is that they are Sturdy/Stylish and Reasonably priced. And, I never expected to use the Replacement program, but I did, and it's wonderful! Excellent company. I'm a Fan!
