My experience with Brie who I placed the order with and communicated a few times with in regards to it was terrific. You are lucky to have her on your team. I have ordered many of these bracelets and other items over the years and never had an issue. This time there was a flaw in one of them. The merchandise is always of fine quality however, since the change it is very difficult to do anything on line with your website and it has all the old contact info. It would be great if it was once again working as before. T.O.

My sister in law lost her doggie. I put the doggies name, with hearts, and gifted it. She LOVES it, and thinks of her sweet pooch when she sees it. And, it’s cute and stylish too! Great price point too. Thank you!
