Product seems good, but very unexpected surprises

The product arrived just today (which is a little late). So only opened it and not tried it. What I am very surprised and sad about is the late delivery of the package, when it costs me 30€ for shipping. Also, and this is what is upsetting me the most, I expected the 30€ to be part of the frontier tax, as there was nothing on the website clarifying I should pay more on top of it. So, 18€ more. If I would've known an 80€ bag would end up costing me 120€ (with a 10% discount already), I wouldn't have bought it. It has stained the name of the brand for me, with misleading sells funnel and it made a Christmas gift feel a little hurt.

Bag Great - But it SMELLS

Hi, i love this bag, however, I have left it outside to try and get the smell out of it - so for - the smell is still there. Please can you email me so we can sort this out. Thanks. Otherwise the service was great.
