The product itself is amazing but the company is unresponsive and slow. I have ordered three times and two of those three orders have been delayed by almost 2 weeks. The package has a shipping link but its just sitting in the warehouse “waiting for a label”. Worse yet, when I wrote the company to inquire about why my order just sits, I get zero response or update. I even switched to auto-ship so that it comes every 30 days and I’m currently on day 13 of no creatine because the auto-ship order just sat in their warehouse/shipping area for almost two weeks. Why have an email support if no emails are retuned. Incredibly bad business from a brand that was rep’d and recommended by a leading fitness account on Instagram.
