The Multi Pockets

I bought the multi-pocket bag for my husband and was not 100% satisfied with it. The bag was quite wrinkled up when it arrived and some of the "gold" rivets or fasteners have the "gold" scraped off to reveal the silver underneath which looks kind of cheesy. There are several black markings on the bag, the zipper on the inside pocket doesn't zip correctly and the bag has a few sticky spots on it from the glue used to piece it together. I emailed Classy Leather Bags to express that I wasn't completely satisfied after spending over $160 on the bag and while they were understanding, they said it would be too expensive to ship back and offered me a partial refund or a new bag. I chose the partial refund option but then had to email to follow up 3 times when I didn't receive the refund for 3 weeks. Overall I was disappointed with the whole experience. The bag is usable and looks good from afar but not worth the money.

Terrific bag. This is my second one. Love the smell of these bags. If the closures were snaps instead of buckles it would be better.
