The burgers were so good. Then I had the skirt steak. Sold! I feel this is a cut of meat that is usually tough and I would find myself wondering what am I doing wrong. I was not buying good meat that was my problem! This skirt steak I could have cut with a fork!

Awesome way to surprise my dad for Father's Day!

I live in New York and wanted to support a business local to where I grew up and get my dad something nice for Father's Day. The Corona Care package was delivered on time to his house and beautifully packaged. Appreciate the safe no contact delivery and phone call to let them know it was at the door. Fully happy with the service and from what I hear, the steaks are beautiful and grill perfectly!
