As mine went wrong which I purchased in March 2025, Tayogo agreed to replace. But seeming mine are no longer being manufactured i would be getting the next best thing. Which would come with a £10 postal charge which i managed to get for £5. My replacement pair is actually a reconditioned pair. So I don't feel I should of had to pay postage and they could have been a brand new set. Apart from that I do like my headset as I did my old pair.
