Replacement Buckle
I ordered a cache belt and found the belt buckle would occasionally pop open where the buckle should remain fixed (as opposed to the normal opening/closing portion of the buckle). Customer Service was great and sent out a replacement buckle right away. The replacement buckle hasn’t misbehaved like the first one - it stays snapped and isn’t popping open unexpectedly. Happy with my pants staying up now.
