BEIGE FEATHER

I got the 2 different beige feather prints and they are absolutely stunning. I'm a beige and cream kind of home girl, and these just look so classy and expensive, totally fitting this style. The quality of the prints are fab and look beautiful in oak frames. But what I was even more impressed with was the customer service. I purchased through the shop app and the address didn't populate properly, which I didn't realise. I got an email off Royal Mail to say they didn't deliver my order due to this and returned to sender. I contacted house outfit about this and they responded immediately saying that it can often take a bit of time to get the returned goods so instead they were just going to send me out a new set of prints immediately, which I received the next morning. Outstanding customer service
