My favourite tool I didn't realise I needed

As a drifter, I would probably change an average of 10 wheels per day. usually in a hurry whilst trying to get back on track. Usually this would involve putting all of the wheel nuts onto the ground where they get dirty, wet and sometimes they roll away underneath the car which is a pain. When the car is on the ramp in the workshop with wheels removed, usually wheel nuts would be placed on the side somewhere and often misplaced for a while. With the speedsocket, changing wheels has now turned into a fun challenge of how fast can this be done rather than a chore. Keeping the nuts out of the dirt keeps the threads of the wheel studs lasting longer and in better condition and it's so quick too quickly put the nuts back onto the studs that I no longer leave them on the side when in the workshop. Do you need this tool if your not in a timed pitstop race? Not at all, but only in the same way that you don't need an impact gun to change wheels, but you do because it's so much easier and fun than doing it manually. Yes it's expensive but once you try it you will wonder how you lived without it!
