Order didn’t arrive- no reply to chase email from customer service.
I ordered these for next-day delivery as I was going on holiday a few days later and paid a premium for this service.
Unfortunately, the order never arrived. I also received no response to my follow-up email to customer service. It has now been 15 days and I am still waiting.
Very disappointed with both the delivery service and lack of communication.

I decided to try a couple of comparable brands only to realise that nothing is comparable to Hanro quality

Best ever
I’ve never felt a fabric so soft. Incredibly comfortable, light but with great support where it’s needed. I urge chaps to buy them, you won’t regret it.
