The impossible made possible

Using olive wood to make floating shelves. Too much character in the wood to drill long holes. Hovr was cut and used and performed perfectly.

A modern French Cleat

This bracket is very nicely designed and does what it’s meant to do. Taking care to create an accurate mortise, it was fairly easy to hang a heavy historic barnwood mantle. The instructions and associated videos were very helpful, particularly with regards to NOT over tightening the fasteners to the wall. A little wiggle room is essential with old imperfect timbers. Thanks for a great product. I hope to be able to use it again in the future.
