Love my morning protein shake. Mine is mixed with milk, need to give it a bit of a stir then just a good shake. Mixes really well - the banana honey flavour is a bit of a different texture and needs an extra shake or two. Flavours are soooo good

Love the Pro Define and Collagen in chocolate. It taste great, not too sweet and is filling. I work FIFO and have a shake for breakfast and for my avo snack. It helps me make better choices on-site and is an easy breakfast at home straight after the gym. I can not recommend it enough!

Good Quality, but Could Be More Filling

Overall, I’ve had a good experience with True Protein. The protein tastes good, mixes well and is convenient for increasing my daily protein intake. However, as it is also promoted as an option that can support weight loss, I personally found that it did not keep me feeling full for a long period of time. I think this is one area that could potentially be improved, especially for people using it as part of a weight-management plan. Apart from that, the overall quality is good and I think it’s a good option.
