Good reeds if not broken

Purchased a fragrance box in-store with broken reeds. The store associate even checked at Nordstrom. Ended up contacting Nest whom sent these refills. None were broken, so I would definitely just check.

They work fine.

Ginger/Lemongrass Diffuser

I ordered the Ginger/Lemongrass diffuser from Nordstrom's in Short Hills, NJ. Unfortunately, the reeds were not enclosed. Unfortunately, I was unable to contact them via phone or through a chat session because of the Covid situation. I decided to contact Nest directly which worked out perfectly. The reeds were shipped to me within a few days. Your customer service is outstanding.
