I had some questions before purchasing and received fast, friendly, and helpful replies every time. The bird bath (with pump) I purchased did not attract any birds for days (I was worried the water was moving too much) until I added a stick for the birds to hold on to - and today, we had 8 birds (sparrows and finches) in the bath at the same time while others were either waiting in line or drying off. It was beautiful to watch and made us very happy.
