Encore is my go to yarn for baby blankets. I like that is machine wash/dry. Also it has so many colors available.

I don't have a photo to share but the pattern was "Sweet Pea Blanket" by Suzanne Middlebrooks (Hill Country Weavers). It's a baby blanket that calls for worsted cotton yarn but I love working with Plymouth Encore and it came out beautifully.
