Perfect blend

I used to make my own Berbere Spice mix after learning from Ethiopian friends. Finding it available on My Spice Sage has saved me from finding the individual spices & making the mix. This blend isn't quite as hot as my original recipe, but it's perfect.

There is nothing like it. I’ve heard it’s only good for Moroccan Chicken—NOT TRUE. Grilled salmon with berbere is a hit you can’t get out of your cravings.
