Dissatisfied

The bag was flawed. I reported on the day of delivery and a second time with no response. I’ve now been contacted and have to return the bag by printing a label that I cannot download. Really unhappy with the customer service and the inconvenience. Not the elk customer service I’ve enjoyed over the years.

The Forever 'It' Bag

I’ve been using the Edda Large Bag for a few months now, and I’m totally obsessed with it. Its spacious and elegant design makes it the perfect bag for everyday use. I also took it on a train trip, and I can confidently say it’s perfect for travelling as well. 100% recommended.
