Excellent Flavor
I love this stuff, and add it to many of my dishes. It reduces the need for pure maple sugar, which is so expensive, and also reduces the calories. It tastes great and I'm so happy to have it.

Love this Powder!
I whip this powder with milk using a handheld frother and add it to my coffee and as a latte topping for homemade chai. I also like to whip it with Cooks vanilla powder for a delightful smelling and tasting change of pace. I love both powders
so much that I now buy the large 1.5 lb jars.

Excellent extract!
I had no idea that powdered extract was a thing-I was thrilled to find Cook's powdered maple extract. I'm using it for home made instant oatmeal. I plan on using it for future baking projects. The taste and quality is fantastic!
