I sent this back to James Michelle in lieu of getting a refund, which I understand they do not offer, or a store credit. Ive heard nothing back from them. 6 months… nothing. I would take the store credit as my wife saw a necklace she liked. So much for her birthday present. So 1 star is being generous.
