True to size no chaffing

Unlike shorts (grave loose fit) these fit true to size and are very comfy. I think in future id do large in these and XL for shorts. 5'-10", 210, new dad who ran more last year 😅.

Fantastic Liners

I've fallen in love with these liners and have switched all of my running shorts to unlined so I can wear these with it. They are the right amount of support in the right places and stay exactly where you intend them.

Well, I went from being skeptical about Path’s 2-part system to replacing my entire underwear drawer with these liners because they’re just so perfectly designed. So my bad. Also, for hot-weather runs, the 2-part system cuts down on laundry by like 80%. And in NYC, laundry is time you never get back.
