When you need quality cinnamon in your pantry, this is an amazing selection. I'd never heard of cinnamon tree leaves in cooking before, but now I can't imagine not having them on hand. Use them like a bay leaf but get a little more interesting warm flavor.

Wow! So, I’ve never been the biggest cinnamon fan. I used to reach for cardamom instead when I felt like a warm spice. Not anymore!! I’m literally eating my weight in apples just so that I can use this cinnamon nightly! I CRAVE this and have already gifted it to friends!
